Exactly. Ceding sovereignty to international bodies is a proven method to achieving outcomes that the left cannot achieve through the political process. Kind of like how they use the federal courts.
They want to taint nationalism as somehow shameful or dangerous. Like many things, it depends on the degree. Using nationalism to whip up a war frenzy, like we did to justify the Iraq war, is obviously bad. Asserting our country's interests as paramount, as Trump is doing, is reasonable and in fact you have to question the motives of other presidents, eg Obama, who failed to do so.
They did not fail to do so just you want to believe that and nitpicking is low mental effort.
If you can't maintain a relationship or a marriage, is your opinion worth anything when it comes to the bigger picture? I myself have been through a lot of relationships, like every 2-3 years on average, nearly all ended well enough, no fights. I was always a dad to my daughter though she often lived with her aunt when I was younger and working abroad. Still, I did not have the magic to keep things steady with a woman until I was in my 40s and I admit that immaturity of a kind.
I suspect half the guys on the right here have nothing and really should men who can't even have real friends be telling everyone how the world really is?
