I missed it and found the replay...Thanks for the heads up. I cannot think of a recent President that can do this sort of unplanned press conference...no teleprompter there.

Positive!?.... Trump/GOP added a trillion debt in 14 months. Annual deficits projected to hit trillion by 2020.
Chained CPI tax cuts to help cover the impending inflation shock. So working middle class get nothing out of that. Then in 2028....
