I guess anyone can be called a "journalist" these days, but really, she has a talk and interview show. It seems a stretch to call her a journalist.
When you get a job mainly because of your looks, count yourself lucky if bimbo is the worst thing people call you. Don't expect totally rational behavior either when you have a work situation with a great looking younger woman and an elderly guy who dotes on her like Ailes clearly does. Don't forget he screwed two longtime hosts, Hannity and Greta and gave them worse time slots to give the unproven Kelly the prime 9PM slot.

I think what we are seeing here that Trump thinks faster and understands situations better than most other candidates. he senses the moment and then destroys reporters when they are being bad journalists. it appears to me other politicians don't have the sense of timing or guts he has. In the past guys like barney frank would tell fox talking heads they were over reaching but Frank was also lying so it was hard to give him the win. Here Trump is not lying and he makes better snap decisions (typically) than "journalists" can handle. its a treat watching a smart person put the press in their place.
Which brings up the following point:
The other factor here is the press has lost so much credibility its easy to root for anyone to trump the media.
They are not the venerable 4th estate anymore. They are attack dogs (see the illustration above) of their media companies owned by the cronies. They are Pravda for the cronies and its why we are happy to see them smacked down.
We would not be giving Trump a pass if the press were fairly and aggressively going after both sides. When you have Kelly pulling a Crowley at a Republican debate... you root for Trump to do what Romney should have done. I enjoyed Megan Kelly and put up with her at times left of my views on things... because she was different. but I don't need to see her preach her views through her questions any longer.
I saw hannity turn on ron paul and then I see Kelly turn on Trump and I wonder... what the hell is going on over there. Its clear Fox is not being run by a genius. They got lucky they were the t.v. version of talk radio at the correct time... but they have are become too Crony. They don't seem to realize very few republicans are actually establishment supporters and they are about to lose the vast majority of their audience. With fox becoming crony vision and espn...a sports network - becoming a leftist tool.... its very easy to cut the cable cord and save 180 a month. you would think they could read the mastheads on the wall. The people abandoned leftist media and soon they will be leaving fox.

Jem, I had the same thought about Fox. Their shows have become very tired. I glance at it from time to time and wonder who watches it.
