A lot of what I don't like about him is concern for how he will behave on the world stage. Not how other countries see him, I don't give a damn about that. But it will require diplomacy to solve some very complex actions that were f'd up by Obama and Bush, and I can't see Trump sitting down and playing nice with anyone. I see him as being inflammatory to Russia, for example. Or picking a fight with China. Confrontation on some issues is necessary, but de-escalation on others is also necessary. I see Trump as just barreling through everything.

TT, It's a valid concern but none of the candidates except for Hillary Clinton has a record in foreign affairs. I wouldn't exactly call hers an asset.
I certainly can see Trump having a more productive relationship with difficult foreign leaders like Putin and Netanyahu than obama, whom they clearly despise and have zero respect for.

I'm not so much concerned with experience in foreign policy (or the lack of it) as I am about simple understanding of diplomacy. I'd bet Ben Carson, or Ted Cruz would be just fine from a diplomacy standpoint. Saying Trump would be better than Obama isn't a compliment to Trump. Just about anyone can be better than Obama.

he could just as easily sell us out as Boehner and McConnell. However, I suspect he really wants to get some good things accomplished for America. I think he despises the losers running the show in D.C. right now.
