This shows just how desperately out of touch democrats are with the country outside Manhattan, DC and SF. Any way you spin it, Pelosi comes out of this looking petty and rude. Voters really do not like that. They begin to see that maybe Trump is not the problem, dems are.

Give the SOTU at a huge MAGA rally. Invite legal immigrants, patriots and supporters. Hammer Pelosi from the bully pulpit for 30 minutes. Make the case.
Then use every single lever afforded to the President of the United States to deny Congress access to anything military. Start RIF paperwork to layoff the 800,000 federal do-nothing workers. Maybe close the southern border completely to deal with the caravans.

In an earlier post I had said that I hope that Trump just sends Congress a copy of the state of the union report by Twitter- one tweet at a time- and then hold the address outside of DC.

I think it would be better on National TV so that, he can emphasize his accomplishments over those 2 years and call out the Democrats on their failure to do anything except, try to impeach him! Millions would see it too and holding it from the White House would show who is in charge!

I have urged President Trump to more aggressively deport all illegals with final deportation orders. No need to keep playing nice with the Democrats because they have not done squat to even compromise! Give them the stick and deport thousands of illegals! That would clear detention space for the thousands coming thru the organized caravans! Just enforce our immigration laws more aggressively with a focus on deportations! No need to give the Democrats anything!
