Actually, Trump stated he's "donated non-cash to charities" and "donated cash to charities".
  • I answer with form 8283 for one type of his donation.
By the way, in the old days, CASH donations were one of the common ways to get rid of large sums of dirty money by donating CASH to charities for tax deductions to offset any tax obligations.

Famous mobsters back in those days were arrested that way (tax fraud schemes) because the government didn't have a case against them via the typical way (e.g. murder, bribery, prostitution, extortion, corruption of public officials, gambling, infiltration of legitimate businesses, labor racketeering, loan sharking, and stock manipulation schemes)...typically what you'll see run by a crime family.

Tax Fraud Schemes are one way to find a common trail from one illegal activity to another illegal activity...it s a way to open a can of worms.

Trump has some serious legal issues ahead for him because it gives the government a way to look at other concerning issues too.

Ironically, he gave a big fight about having his tax info released when prior to his Presidency he wanted access to taxes of those he was running against. :wtf:

Regardless of the misunderstanding...he's in deep shit regardless of how he got to this point. For those types of tax fraud schemes, the IRS has caught many that way that thought they were untouchable (pun intended).

He'll probably settle (make a tax payment offer) and get a slap on the wrist assuming the IRS/prosecution didn't find anything else after opening the can of worms.

Then it was given to National Park charity which is a charitable entity..but no record in tax returns...

so having your head.so far up trumps ass means you cant get your lies straight but.we have tds....Mmmmkay....
