They have nothing on Trump. >60,000 attack ads = nomination clinch. Nobody cares.

Wait until Trump goes after Hillary. Especially in the debates. Trump will destroy her. Sanders and the press gave her a pass on Benghazi, the email server, and her wallstreet ties. Trump will hammer the shit out of her. It's over. Donald is our next President. Watch.

How is it, though, that for years Trump's political aspirations have been a running joke among pretty much everybody? Has he changed since then? Not really. So has the Republican base that serves as his core become the running joke? There is no denying his appeal to a subset of the political Right. But will that subset be enough to carry him to the White House? However crazy this election cycle may have become, I don't think it's likely.
