Trump is probably terrified now:

All the crap of both candidates are out in the open. That is good news! Why?

Because now we can talk about what really matters (character matters, but in the end people most voters don't really give a shit). Trump has to talk about the issues from this point forward, and I don't think he has picked up a book in fifty years. He learns about the issues from the internet and his business buddies.

Let's see how Trump and Clinton propose policy to solve, in detail:

  • Income Inequality
  • Bridging the chasm between the two parties in Washington
  • Lobbying on K-street
  • Health Care
  • What is a human right from the standpoint of US policy
  • Gun control
  • The colossal debt
  • Raising GDP
  • Global Warming
  • Protecting Intellectual Property from hacking
  • Citizens United
  • Opinion on Unions: Private vs Public
  • Community Policing
  • Astronomical Higher Education costs
  • Crumbling Infrastructure
  • A Tax code no one understands which is horribly unfair
  • Trade: TPP, NAFTA, etc
  • Stopping inversions
  • Criminal Justice reform
  • Human Trafficking
  • Immigration
  • Inflation/Deflation/Stagflation - The FED as it relates to world problems
  • Terrorism
  • Dumbing down of K-12
  • Syria
  • China
  • Israel
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Paid leave
  • Budget for a crumbling military
  • Veteran well being
  • Equal pay for equal work
  • Right to choose
  • Choice for Supreme Court justice
  • LGBT rights
  • NATO, can we afford it
  • Nuclear weapons proliferation
  • Nation building and exporting Democracy
  • etc, etc, etc...

Instead, here is what we are going to get:

  • Benghazi (this one could go above, but the idea is to smear, not correct)
  • Emails

  • Who's the bigger liar
  • Who's the bigger hypocrite
  • Who has the bigger hands
  • Who has more stamina
  • Who loves Latinos more
  • Who loves African Americans more
  • Who loves Millennials more
  • Debbie Wasserman Schulz
  • The size of a womans ass
  • The Clinton Foundation
  • The Trump Foundation
  • Julian Assange
  • Bathrooms
  • Pocahontas
  • David Duke
  • Deplorables
  • etc,etc,etc...

BTW, note that in terms of percent of MSM coverage, I estimate 90% to the issues of second post, maybe 10% to the issues of the first post.

Sickening.

Here is food for both sides. It is really interesting to see how people, in one skull, come to believe things. I have no problem with that. What I question is, when do you stop learning? When do you tweak your belief system as you learn and more facts become available?

Both Democrats and Republicans fall for the same cognitive dissonance. Both videos are worth studying because they are to some extent reflective on all of us. I am not going to give my opinion because I don't want to color. But ask yourself, who is constantly adapting and growing? Who is stagnant and stuck in the mud?

Democrats no longer vote based on policies. They vote based on identity politics. They voted for Obama because he is black. 99% of the people that voted for him couldn't tell me 1 of his policies in 2008. Today Democrats are voting for Hillary because of 2 reasons. #1 is she is a woman. #2 is because she is not Trump. She could say she is going to round up all Trump supporters and put them in the gas chamber like Hitler and she wouldn't lose a single democrat vote.

It will be to trumps' advantage to stick to issues. The public overwhelmingly agrees with him on dealing with immigration, terrorism, obamacare and the economy. That is precisely why the Clinton campaign and media have been talking about everything else. It's why those issues were largely ignored in the first debate.

LOL. You're expecting Trump to stick to the issues.

Okay, here is the sum total of everything he has to say on those issues.

Immigration: Build a wall! I'll make it huge!
Terrorism: Build a wall. I'll make it huge!
Economy: Build a wall. I'll make it huge!
Obamacare: Toss it! Then throw her in jail!

Is my mic working?
