At least half?
Maybe Blackcat rememberers the 2012 DNC controversy.
Drafting the platform the DNC changed and omitted all references to God and Jerusalem being the capital of Israel, which became a huge negative talking point. To put an end to the controversy they held a vote to change back their platform stance to include God and Jerusalem, they needed a 2/3’s vote from the floor. You tell me if they met their required margin.
Here’s your party denying God three times before the proverbial cock crows.
You’ll never find that debate in the GOP.
I'm not sure really where to start with you but I'd suggest you consider
"My kingdom is not of this world"
You know there is rather a LOT about regarding separation of Earth/state & heaven.
https://www.openbible.info/topics/separation_of_church_and_state
A LOT and you would do well to read that list and try and balance the equation.
Secondly but related to above, you appear to assume that the less than certain and who but a rare fool does not feel doubts, are written off. Even those who say they don't believe may change and often do and vice versa. I'd suggest to you that you stop thinking about other people's faith or not in a binary or sports team manner. I can only say that from 28 years now (I'm still under 50) of reasonably involved hospice volunteering. On and off but enough to be around a very many deaths (many faiths) and that is rather instructive on the fabric of faith. If you can only view the world as a mad scramble for 'points' then think of how many games/lives have an unexpected ending.
You might also consider why are there so many Jews, even living in the country of Israel, who view is as a place but not actually "Israel".
Just a start
https://forward.com/opinion/430535/a-lot-more-jews-are-anti-zionists-than-you-think/
Evangelicals especially and many extremist Jewish Zionists have used propaganda and gullibility to characterise those who are not convinced prophecy can be forced are against Jews. Reasonable and educated minds can disagree, the people who you need to be wary of are the absolutely certain.
Finally, borders and refugees. I won't insult your intelligence by reminding you that if the Bible is clear about one thing, it is you must welcome them. That said, it is best to prevent the problem in the first place so people don't need to migrate. My view on this is, it seems to me, that in order to make the case stronger for a 'wall' the home countries of many migrants in Central America were nudged toward instability. Never assume conspiracy when incompetence will suffice etc. etc. however Stephen Miller reads every kind of wrong to me. To have faith you have to walk the walk and trust, that is very hard and I I generally see Evangelicals and the like trying to bend the rules so their faith has a position of strength to fall back to if actually tested..
Anyway I'll leave you with a little joke for Christmas.
"I was walking across a bridge one day, and I saw a man standing on the edge, about to jump off. So I ran over and said, "Stop! Don't do it!"
"Why shouldn't I?" he said.
I said, "Well, there's so much to live for!"
He said, "Like what?"
I said, "Well, are you religious or atheist?"
He said, "Religious."
I said, "Me too! Are your Christian or Buddhist?"
He said, "Christian." I said, "Me too! Are you Catholic or Protestant?"
He said, "Protestant."
I said, "Me too! Are you Methodist or Baptist?"
He said, "Baptist!"
I said, "Wow! Me too! Are your Baptist Church of God or Baptist Church of the Lord?"
He said, "Baptist Church of God!"
I said, "Me too! Are your Original Baptist Church of God or are you Reformed Baptist Church of God?"
He said, "Reformed Baptist Church of God!"
I said, "Me too! Are you Reformed Baptist Church of God, Reformation of 1879, or Reformed Baptist Church of God, Reformation of 1915?"
He said, "Reformed Baptist Church of God, Reformation of 1915!"
I said, "Die, heretic scum!" and pushed him off."
