yes that is what I said also before everyone jumped down my throat haha and here we have an anti trump democrat constitutional lawyer interpreting that this is in the jurisdiction of Congress to define the federal criminal statute.

no, but seriously, don't states have an argument seeing how they're in charge of their elections? That's what cons have been saying anytime they try to disenfranchise votes from blacks and other minorities by redistricting/voter id/etc... So if you have this jackass on tape, how is it not w/in the purview of the state to bar him if it's not constitutionally necessary to convict?
