i find it hard to believe that they would bring charges against a former President unless they had a pretty airtight case, so I think you assertion is pretty astute. If this is the case, I believe the plea you have mentioned is certainly on the table.

However, they ran their mouths for 5 years and brought in Bob Muller and he was not able to produce any evidence for Russia collusion. So it is within the possibly that none of the cases end up going anywhere. They are pushing hard to get these trials in before the election, but what happens if the trial happens and the verdict is 'Not Guilty'. They are saying that the Georgia case will be the first to happen. If that happens and the verdict is not guilty, this prosecutor is going to get destroyed by the media and democrat party.

As usual the general test to see if they really think nothing is wrong with something is to have the conservative replace Trump's name with the name of a prominent Democrat and see if they still feel that way
