Trump is being investigating BECAUSE he is running for President

There is an implausible narrative that is circulating that says that the only way Trump stays out of prison is by winning the Presidency.

As with most things pushed by democrats, it is 180 degrees out of phase with reality.

They are going after Trump BECAUSE he is running for President. Its fairly easy to see that if Trump hung it up after 2020, he wouldnt be facing any of this.

These elites are so desperate to stay in power that they will do anything, and when I say 'anything', I mean 'anything'.

It is also a warning to any rich, well known person (Elon Musk), dont get too loud unless you go through proper channels, otherwise this is what happens to you.
 
Could Trump plea bargain pulling out of the race for dropping all charges.
I believe they would take that deal

Who is/are “they?”

Trump has 4 cases now, two state and two federal with all four in different venues. If by dropping out you mean looking at a plea to do Fed time in Florida - then, yeah, that’s probably his best bet. He certainly does not want to do state time in Georgia.

I will note that Trump is likely to skate on the New York charges without a deal.

Dont you think that there are email trails showing communication between all 4 prosecutors.
The fact that all these cases are filed within 4 months of each other and all set for trial in year 2024 is not random
 
The Georgia thing is a Marxist hit job on Trump.

She will spend four years trying to build a name for herself by prosecuting Trump while the animals and savages run rampant in the streets without being prosecuted. San Franciso government now asking its people to work from home to avoid crime. Too dangerous to do real work. Yep. The Marxist Utopia has arrived.

Also there are those who are crowing about a President not being able to pardon Trump for state crimes in Georgia. True. But it is also true that not all of this is decided by Georgia state law. Trump has valid constitutional defenses against all the charges and has appeal into the federal courts and up to the Supreme Court. So the Marxist Tart in Georgia will need to overcome that. Of course she has assured the people that she will be doing nothing else other than the Trump case while their cities are going down the toilet so she has the time to work on it.

To be fair to Fani Willis, she just dropped RICO cases on two gangs in Atlanta, lowering crime by 35%. She isn’t soft on crime at all.
