Before you ET trolls gloat, Alan Dershowitz made a point that special prosecutor Jack Smith can be charged based on his indictment of President Donald Trump. For one, his indictments carry falsehoods by omitting parts of the actual speech of President Donald Trump he used. And if you falsely, indicted someone and deprived them of their rights of free speech, you yourself could be indicted and charged under the US constitution.

Most of these lawsuits are nuisance lawsuits designed to use up President Donald Trump resources and to prevent him from campaigning among other things. If he cannot win as a lot of extreme liberals on the left say, why are they trying to disqualify from running in the first place? The obvious answer is he can win if they can contain the massive election fraud.
