Trump Has Gotten China to Lower Its Tariffs. Just Toward Everyone Else.

Why do you quote me? I didn't claim that it is fake news. Other posters did so, but not me.

my bad, was meant @ this

That was not my question, I try to bring the point across that the article is politically biased and states incorrect information. Since the US raised tariffs on China no other industrialized western nation has negotiated a new trade agreement with China to enjoy lower than before tariffs. If it exists pls link to the information. As of now this looks like fake news.

I have not come across such news. This is a claim made in your article pretty much in the beginning

You obviously still believe that the mainstream media is neutral and acting as a public safeguard against government abuse.

News flash (at least 25 years old though), the mainstream media is part of the Establishment (you know, the real owners of this country). Six corporate conglomerates now collectively control well over 90% of the media in America. Anyone who openly challenges or deviates from the scripts / directives handed down from the top are subject to termination.

US media, as a group, has been the biggest liar in the world. It's by and large a propaganda arm of the controlling interests - the Oil Cartel, the military industrial complex, the Jewish / pro-Israel lobby, Wall Street, the London Interests ...

Lastly, as a matter of basic logic, just because you haven't heard or read something doesn't make it false or void.

You see highly confused. I made exactly that point that this article was written with a strong liberal media bias and it made up points used to backup the opinions of the author. China has not lowered tariffs for non US industrialized countries since the beginning of the trade war. This is simply factually incorrect. You might want to read posts more carefully to understand the thoughts of authors.

Did the elite get caught napping TOO LOL Elitenapper ..

And what I am trying to convey to you is that no negotiation is necessary if China decides by itself to reduce import duties on certain products from certain countries. No negotiation is necessary and no headlines in newspapers are required to do so.
Yup you would think that that would be obvious but not to a tRumper.

In other words aligned with tRump.

You are definitely not the brightest around...and not one who seems to care about facts much either (only May saw a pickup year on year for below cited reasons, and even in May it fell for exports to the US)

Citation from Trading economics:
Exports from China rose 1.1 percent year-on-year to USD 213.85 billion in May 2019, recovering from a 2.7 percent decline in the previous month and defying market expectations of a 3.8 percent fall. The rebound in overseas sales came in amid efforts from companies to rush out shipments to avoid higher US tariffs that US President Donald Trump is threatening to impose in a rapidly escalating trade conflict. Sales rose for unwrought aluminium and aluminium products (10.5 percent); coke & semi-coke (4.8 percent); and rice (236.3 percent). In contrast, exports of steel products dropped 16.6 percent; while those of coal declined 39.6 percent. Exports of rare earths slumped 18.2 percent from a year ago. Among China's largest trade partners, exports rose to the EU (6.1 percent), ASEAN (3.5 percent), Taiwan (12.8 percent), Japan (0.5 percent), South Korea (1.8 percent) and Australia (2 percent). In contrast, sales to the US fell 4.2 percent. Exports in China averaged 633.22 USD HML from 1981 until 2019, reaching an all time high of 2315.23 USD HML in December of 2017 and a record low of 12.50 USD HML in February of 1983.

Oh BTW China's monthly export amounts have been rising, not falling, year to date.
