I have found this a bit perplexing. He didn't have any trouble undermining Khaddafi and Mubarak. Somehow ISIS is different. He was apoplectic about Khaddafi and Assad using "violence against their own people", ie defending against an armed insurgency supported by outsides forces like Saudi Arabia and Turkey, but ISIS slaughtering Christians is not something that troubles him.

You want to get him upset, then say something about islam, which he constantly lecture us is a "great religion".

There is one way to test this. If we elect Trump and he decimates ISIS in a matter of weeks or months, then we know obama was lying to us and playing a double game with the Saudis and Turks.
