Although I agree with the potential double top - which requires a closing of 3% below the reaction low at around 9000. There is a bigger potential 2T - see chart. The last time a 2T on the transports confirmed the Dow had just hit a new all time high (2015) - from that point it plunged nearly 3,000 points.
