I guess a lunar pit-stop is the most energy efficient way to get to mars.

FWIW: I welcome re-funding NASA, but question the balls on this guy for telling rocket scientists on the best way to get to mars.

Why now everyone wants to beat Musk in their way to Mars?
Although, it probably is for better, maybe this will lead for further improvement on the research
