Rasmussen has been known for long time to be right leaning. They got this election poll right because they always add way more points to Republican leaning individuals, surveyed. Each time they polled on a left leaning candidate prior to the Trump saga they were one of the worst polling companies among the rest. Read up on the history of Rasmussen polls so you don't continue to make up shit.

1. It's not a ban on Muslims, it's a ban on citizens coming in from a list of countries, most of whom are probably muslim. However, no one is checking their religion, just their passport.

Not entirely true. He stated he'd give preference to persecuted Christian refugees, yes. So in predominantly Muslim countries, when Christians are being killed, raped, sold into slavery, etc, he would give preferential treatment. Sounds reasonable to me. Still doesn't mean it's a ban on Muslims. I know you want it to be, but that doesn't make it so. Otherwise I'd be a billionaire - if wanting made reality.
