Of course the original capitalistic support for open borders was (and still is) for the other guys' borders to be open (whether he likes it or not), to trade if not colonization.

Because Trump is a media whore. The public, however, looks at Bernie and Trump in the same "rebel" light. I agree that Trump is a loud mouth and a flip flopper, and Bernie has stood for his principles (as much as a politician can be counted on, I suppose). I do not like Bernie because I do not agree with his principles, but I don't like Trump because he's simply channeling anger - and not correctly.

Trump could turn out to be a lot worse than Odumbo, if he decides to provoke war with incendiary commentary. He doesn't have a cool head, and that's essential in being President.

Anybody could provoke a war... and that would be totally stupid. How can you be against Trump just because of the possibility he might make "the most stupid decision of all time", when anybody else could do the same? If you're going to be against Trump for that possibility, don't you have to be equally against the others?

So far I'm hearing Trump say, (1) "We gotta close the border and deport illegal criminals, (2) America needs to foster jobs, not social dependence upon the government/taxpayers, and (3) our current political leaders are self-serving to the detriment of the country, stupid, and spineless/cowardly." Rings a bell with me.

Because Trump shows no ability to censor anything he says. That's called a lack of diplomacy. In politics, particularly foreign policy, it's not an attribute I prefer in my President.
