I think he's sane but he's trying to throw the midterms to the Dems to repay the Clintons. Or he doesn't want a second term knowing he'll be a lame duck and the oligarchs may press him to push legislation that favors Russia in some way. There is something truly odd with his behavior.

That's not what the Doc said. But again it's always another unknown we need, and when that doesn't fit the narrative we go on to another unknown.

The Doctor said he was in good health, both physically and mentally. Those are the facts. Get over it.

Yep it was a cursory functional cognitive check for serious disfunction not a psychiatric evaluation.

But I don't believe that liberals believe the President is mentally unfit. I believe that liberals will do or say just about *anything* to impede Trump from executing on his agenda. I don't think anyone is buying the liberal talking points about mental issues. It just isn't credible. You have remind yourself that this is the same party lead in the House by Nancy Pelosi who has genuine mental difficulties.
