How many times did I have to hear Trump pat himself on the back and tell everyone what a great negotiator he is? Where are these great negotiation skills I have heard so much about? If Trump was the big bad-ass he claimed he was, then the solution is simple. All he has to do is say 'Sorry, Paul Ryan, I am not signing that'. Its that simple. Seems like something even a mediocre negotiator should be able to use as a tactic.
Of course, its everybody else's fault. You blame Paul Ryan today, Trump will be blaming the media tomorrow. Maybe he talk some more about the election or tell the world how the game is rigged and how unfairly he is being treated.

Of course you are right. Trump's supporters are livid over this. We have the House, Senate and Presidency and this continuing resolution is the best we can do budget-wise? It's nonsense.
The whole point of the last continuing budget resolution was to freeze things until after the election. Well, the election is over and we won bigly, but now we get another CR. Rep's gave up their leverage when they promised no government shutdown.
Trump seems to appreciate this now, and is talking shutdown on the next one, but why wait? It's almost like he is being blackmailed. Perhaps he wanted a period of relative calm to show people he is not the monster the media claim him to be. Who knows, but he is frittering away support and trust and once lost, it will be next to impossible to regain.
We have met the enemy and the enemy is NYT,CNN,WP,MSNBC. Just remember they are never going to say you did anything good. The one thing we are all in agreement with is they are all lying, not just spinning. And they are waging war for control of the facts. Speaking of polls, how does the media rate today? I was happy to hear Rush Limbaugh stand up to Pence yesterday on the Radio. I heard it live.
He basically said why vote republican when they legislate like democrats.
Pence then proceeded to bullshit about 21 billion dollars for the military being a big deal. The military budget last year was 598.5 billion.
Ryan acted like it was a big deal because the 21 billion broke parity. Who the hell died and made parity the rule. That was just the democrats bullshitting and republicans establishment sellouts agreeing.
The budget is disgusting. The establishment republicans are liars. And Trump has shown either no guts, no leadership or no intention of honoring his promise on budget and immigration issues.
He is a moron if he is listening to democrats instead of bannon.. if he thinks democrat advice is going to get him re elected.
He was elected to give the finger to the establishment... not be its enabler.
At the moment his chances of being reelected are dim and fading.
