I have to retract this, looks like the spire and trump tower are dueling for the most overpriced real estate.

Thank God he pulled out of Tampa before the started construction...

I was just up in Chicago and saw the building... it's beautiful but what a shame.

How much are those places goin for now?

I live in a high rise in phoenix (laugh now 14th floor! haha) and he was going to build a trump tower down the street from my condo, but he was rejected as his building was going to be too many stories tall. It was voted that his condo would have ruined views of camelback mountain for single family homes in the area.
