I think only a bigot would assume the producers name for the film starts with BANNED DOCUMENTARY. Obviously, that is the opinion of current source that is making it available. The fact you've never heard of the film suggests it may well be banned.

Ok, so it looks like you really are just getting quotes from the internet, with no clue where the quote comes from, or what it refers to.

It so happens it refers something else that appeared on some Russian TV channel.

I'm talking about a film by Andrei Nekrasov, which is discussed in this article by investigative reporter Robert Parry:

He also discusses the circumstances of its "ban", as well as the significance of Browder's mis-characterization of Magnitsky's position/profession, except when being deposed, under oath, in an adversarial situation.

In that adversarial setting, when Browder was asked if Magnitsky had a law degree, Browder said, “I’m not aware that he did.” When asked if Magnitsky had gone to law school, Browder answered: “No.” "

For god's sake man, Magnitsky had a degree in economics and was a qualified auditor working for a law firm. Terms used in Russia for such a role are going to be different to the US/International so you get auditor, tax accountant and tax lawyer thrown about as he likely filled all roles. Hell in Colombia lawyers are called doctors though they don't hold a PhD.

What makes this is more confused online is the lawyer for the Magnitsky family Nikolai Gorokhov has a "mysterious" fall from his apartment which was in the press.
