Lots of people thinking its fake it seems. But now that he is at Walter Reed for at least a couple of days its doubtful he is faking it (and he wore a mask on the way). They say he has a fever, cough and congestion and is fatigued currently. My guess is that he is either freaked out (because he has long been a germaphobe) or it is somewhat worse than they want to say. In any case, we won't know how bad it will get if it does until 5-8 days from now when he might enter the hospital if he really needs to for shortness of breath or other complications. Then another 5-7 days to enter ICU if it goes that way. Boris Johnson followed that trajectory... of course Johnson was substantially younger and healthier. Hard to believe this whole Covid episode will help his reelection chances. My understanding is that high level Republicans have largely written him off after his debate fiasco and are focusing on trying to preserve the Republican majority in the Senate. Personally, I wish him good health in retirement after he leaves office in January 2021.

Deny deny deny. It's all the Covid deniers know how to do. When reality doesn't cooperate, they throw out the excuses or pretend it didn't happen. Trump was a hero to some of them so it's a rather big shock to their system. Apparently they treat hoaxes and common colds at Walter Reed. No wonder the American healthy care system is so expensive.
Does anyone know if the US lawmakers meet for normal sessions at the Congress or do they keep themselves isolated at home and only the White House staff is active as normal? So many people close to Trump test positive for the virus one month before the election:

yea, trump was hoovering over Mitch day before yesterday in Congress in a law making session break regarding expedited supreme court nomination activity. Most believe mitch is positive.

Most likely Trump was infected through his staff. If he is "careless" then why did he contract virus one month before the election? He was campaigning for months. And I don't believe everybody on his staff is careless, then once again why were they tested positive only one month before the election and not before? While no other lawmaker and their staff were?
