Trump being discharged from Walter Reed Medical Center

Thanks. Based on that, we can't conclude one way, or the other, without knowing specifics regarding Herman's cancer treatments.

IOW, based only upon what you've posted, Herman's cancer may have had no effect on his covid result.
A person's immune system is forever weakened and compromised after one has had cancer treatments. Rest assured, Herman Cain's previous cancer played a big role in his death.

Not actually true though. Depends on tbe treatment, there are many.

With colon cancer he will have had surgery for that and the metastasis to the liver dealt with by moderate chemo so the major problem surgical. Really what chemo tends leave is cellular wear and tear similar to ageing. Cain probably had the general metabolic health of a man 5-10 years older.

This won't have been good for Covid though.

I'm no doctor, but I doubt we can conclude what had a big role in his death, other than COVID.

We can't know whether he would have still died if he had no cancer, and no treatments.

And if he still would have died--in that case--then the cancer/treatment did not have a big role.

Cain's trajectory (feeling fine, then getting worse) was not unusual for covid fatalities, irrespective of past cancer diagnoses.

So even though Trump may have not had cancer, it doesn't mean that he can't follow the same trajectory as Cain (which was the point of the original discussion).

(Btw, Trump has other pre-existing conditions to worry about, imo).

Previous cancer or current cancer treatments play a huge role in serious Wuhan-19 complications. It's well know that cancer treatment suppresses and damages the body's immune system for life. A weakened immune system is ripe for Kung Flu complications.

Other than being obese, and not morbidly so, I am unaware of health issues that our President may have.

Herman Cain wasn't obese or had family history of people dying from 'flu'

Is there a bigger loser on this board than this guy? Been wrong for 4 years and he celebrates people dying or getting sick from a Chinese virus.

Man what a loser. Biggest I’ve ever heard from on all boards everywhere.
