Trump at 51% in the Most accurate poll of 2016

Remember in the Final Polls Rasmuessen had Hillary up by 2%. Arguably only Elitetrader's own jem called it better (in the entire world). Jem said that Hillary was up by one or two percent but that made 538s work become very interesting. 538 said that it simulations indicated that if it were close Trump could win because Hillary had to many votes in liberal places. (538 discounted the idea it was that close... jem said that the algo said it was close and inside the margin of error.)

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-seven percent (47%) disapprove.




The latest figures include 38% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 40% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -2. (see trends).

I am always impressed when someone thinks for themselves rather than give into the group thing of their "tribe" Carl DeMaio comes to mind on san diego radio. I don't always agree with him but I respect that fact he thinks.

I have not been spending time around gay people in about a decade.
Not many of them in the suburbs.

Back a while ago when I lived in cities... the nights when the clubs were mixed were some of the best places to meet straight women. There were clubs like that back east... and I got the impression most clubs in San Francisco were like that back in the 90s. I would go up for work a few times a year. It was fun when women would tentatively ask if you were straight and then be relieved. They were a bit shell shocked. Almost the complete opposite when here in San Diego at the time. The women were shell shocked from being hit on... constantly.

Remember Rasmussen Polled Trump/Hillary daily for months.Many of their polls had Trump getting more votes.Rasmussen had Trump ahead in more of their polls than any other pollster than at the end fell in line with everyone else saying Hillary would get more votes.They did the same with Romney in 2012.


Remember Rasmussen said Republicans would get more votes in 2016

Remember Rasmussen said Trump had a 30% black approval rating.

Remember Gallup and aggregate polling has never had Trump at 51%,and he didn't get 51% in the 2016 election yet somehow he keeps getting 51% on Rasmussen and only Rasmussen

Rasmuessen had the most accurate final poll. Hillary by 2 percent using your standard of winning margin... that year... as opposed to your standards other years... where predicting the winner was you key.

Trump probably was ahead at times... it was your garbage that had hillary up by double digits which is why you are so confused.

Overall no poll in 2016 had Trump getting more votes than Hillary than Rasmussen.Rasmussen is the worst RCP poll on the planet.

I’ve lived in SF and SD and from real world experiences, women are very intuitive and if they had to ask if you’re straight then maybe you were a pajama boy, as far as San Diego they love the attention, no shell shock.

yeah that must have been it.

and I am not sure what it is like now... being married but when I was living it pb the women said they were shell shocked.

the bars in PB were 5 or 10 to 1. (far too much attention for them to have fun.)
Downtown was better... 3 to 1 I would say.
