On Tuesday, TMTG shares hit a new all-time low since its SPAC merger in March.
After the SPAC merger in March the stock was Trump Media & Technology Group Corp (DJT); prior the acquisition the company name was Digital World Acquisition Corp and the symbol was DWAC.

DJT is effectively a meme stock tied to Trump's chances of winning the 2024 election. The company effectively has no fundamental value, little revenue, and huge losses.
As the probability of Trump winning the 2024 election slides so does the stock. Trump was hoping to use Truth Social as a grifting platform to collect more money for his personal use after he was elected (effectively bribes) -- that dream is now dying. Trump will have to be content with cashing out as soon as possible before the stock loses all of its value.
