Just so I'm clear, I still advocate for a wall. But I'll always defend the Constitution, even if it doesn't result in what I personally think should happen.
 
The concept that the Constitution applies to all within our borders is nowhere written in the document. It is judge-made law and thus, open to question. Even then, what constitutes due process is a sliding scale based on the circumstance. It is legal to kick out border jumpers within a specified distance of the border with little or no due process. Despite the wishes of Hillary Clinton, it is still unconstitutional to do that to actual citizens.

Well he will be getting his uge military parade on veteran's day.

Nov 11 of course is the 100th anniversary of the great war (to end all wars). Military parade for a draft dodging coward taints what should be a somber event.

On the plus side he may make a public appearance in his custom seven star general uniform. Echos of the Zimmerman telegram, maybe Mexico and Germany will team up against Trump.

I agree with everything you said. Unfortunately, as you know from being a jarhead, sometimes there are rules, laws, orders that we don't agree with that have to be followed. Otherwise the system breaks down.
