Doesn't matter. Once an immigrant, illegal or otherwise, is inside the borders of the United States, they are protected by the Constitution and afforded full due process. This has been decided numerous times. If they are outside the border, it is a different story. Once inside, though, you don't get to deprive them of these rights.
Thank you for acknowledging this. You want to expedite deportations, dump money into the immigration courts and defenders, not a useless wall. Bypassing due process just bogs it down and ends up costing the tax payer by incarcerating immigrants who don't have a timely court date.
