It makes no mention of who that applies to. Therefore, if Congress makes a law that says "There is immigration for everyone except Muslims", then they have made a law respecting an establishment of religion. It would be an illegal law. Its not even close.

The evidence of the Paris bombing is 100% of the kamikaze had a criminal history - even if some escaped jail time. All of them had complaints against them for harm done to others in a way or another.

You have to know that some Police forces had the list of names of the bombers BEFORE the attacks!!! This is why after the attacks, the Special Law Enforcement in France made around
3 000 Special Police House Search, from people who they had on their list, but that the regular police - for some reasons to be clarified- did not work on.
Look to the history of these bombers : from when did they commit various types of crime?
Their bombs were not the first crimes.

If you do not want bombings, you need to tackle those who will pose bombs, aka those with a history of harming others in a way or another. Before bombing people, these bombers have a "history".

You are assuming that criminality is linked to poverty : this I totally disprove.
Poverty is not the main cause of criminlity.
ALL the bombers in the Paris attack had a history of criminality.
You can not become a bomber without having a mindset of a criminal, and that mindset manifests itself via crimes.

The Bill of Rights was written for US Citizens, it was later debated if Non-Citizens inside the US are protected under the Constitution, due process, illegal search et al. Even that has been redefined sine 9/11.

You're putting the cart before the horse.... Once admitted, Yes, no one is going to stop them from exercising their religious rights but we don't have to admit them or anybody.

Which brings me to the obvious question, how can Government stop someone from exercising a religion, yet they stop Christians from exercising theirs all the time.

I guarantee no one would dare stop a Teacher or Coach in any School from a public display of a Muslim or other (non- Christian) religious prayer or icon.
