Trump admits Obama was born in the US

1. It is a constitutional requirement that one a President be a Natural Born Citizen.
I believe in following the rule of law.
If you wish to do some research you will see that the rule of law helps countries become great.
When places lose respect for the rule of law they become corrupt poor places to live.
I have no problem believe an non natural born citizen can be a good leader. Just look at the good leaders all over the world. The question is whether the US wants to allow people born elsewhere to be President. Gov Schwartzenegger ran up against that problem.

2. finally its fact that Obama failed to appear and did present evidence when challenged in court. Obama's team won because the idiot plaintiffs attorney decided to put on evidence instead of taking the default.
Nonetheless, despite defendant’s failure to appear, plaintiffs asked this court to decide the case on the merits of their arguments and evidence,” wrote Malihi, adding, “The court granted plaintiffs’ request.”
Malihi (l) also said, “By deciding this matter on the merits, the court in no way condones the conduct or legal scholarship of defendant’s attorney, Mr. Jablonski,” and stated his decision was based entirely on the law as well as the evidence and legal arguments presented.

Nope. No one cared where he was born until he ran for President. Then he faced a Constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen. It wasn't some crazy challenge dreamed up by racists. it is in the Constitution.
There were ample reasons to question Obama's citizenship. His father was Kenyan. His mother traveled to Kenya before his birth. The marriage itself seemed more an artifice than a real marriage. His father had soon abandoned the mother and moved on to other women. She ended up marrying an Indonesian muslim and moving to Indonesia, where young barrack grew up and attended muslim school. There was also abundant reasons to suspect that he applied to universities and law school as a foreign student. It should have been a simple matter to produce relevant records but none were ever forthcoming and in fact, a total blackout was put on all his university and law school records. The entire media, political and educational establishment closed ranks to ensure that nothing could derail the historic ascension of our first (half)black president.
Trump was naïve not to see that opposing this was a fool's errand. The courts and certainly the congress were never going to stand in the way.
The law does not support spurious attempts to discredit people based on nothing concrete at all. In fact, the burden of proof resides on you not on Obama who has somehow got through life and provided paperwork whenever it was legally required. You have got this situation entirely in reverse, somehow thinking you can presume he was born elsewhere based on innuendo and his father's background. That kind of thinking would require thousands ( maybe millions ) of Americans to be under threat of loss of citizenship every time some crackpot wanted to cause trouble for someone they don't like.
In reality, by constantly bringing up this topic with NO EVIDENCE AT ALL, you are not respecting US law. Show me a US law that says you can question someone's place of birth based on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but your opinion or guess on the matter.

I was concerned that Cruz is not a Natural Born Citizen either. Its... not rascist to wonder if a person is qualified to be President per the constitution.

By the way... the constitution says I can question anything I feel like questioning. Its my right as a U.S. Citizen. In fact it is my duty to uphold the constitution. Show me a law that states otherwise.

You continue to ignore the fact that the man was running for president and there is a specific Constitutional requirement as to citizenship. You are also wrong that the burden of proof was on those challenging his citizenship. A candidate has the burden of establishing his eligibility for office, whether it is a residency requirement for local office or a citizenship requirement for president.
I'm sure he went through the same checks that any American running for office deals with. There is no reason to highlight Obama and blame him for any of this. If you are accusing him of fraud or perjury, you have to prove it.

There is nothing factual about your ideas here. You can pretend all you want but you clearly stated because his father was born in Kenya why not guess he's born there too. My kids are Canadians, lived their whole life in Canada. I was not born in Canada, I was born in the UK. Their mother was born outside of Canada as well. Does that mean everyone should constantly question if they are born in Canada ? Ridiculous. Yet you think this is a normal way of thinking.
I'm sure he didn't pass through the same kinds of checks as your average office-seeker. There is a good reason to highlight any fraud Obama continues to perpetuate... with the help of the same kinds of people who are going up against Trump.
Number one:
It was Obama himself who put forth a narrative saying he was born in Kenya. He put this narrative forward BEFORE he started seeking higher (Presidential) office, and BEFORE he realized he needed to be a Natural Born Citizen to do so.
Two:
The above narrative, forwarded by Obama himself, may have been false. He actually may not have been born in Kenya to a Kenyan father. However, there was a time when he thought he could score political points in saying so.
Three:
While perhaps too late to change the narrative about having a Kenyan father, Obama gambled it was not too late to change the narrative as to his birth place...making him eligible to run for President.
Four:
It's possible he was born in such a place as Hawaii to a U.S. woman. But it's also possible that any authentic birth certificate would have named his actual biological father. Since it was too late to change the narrative on that, he could never produce that certificate without becoming a liar, jeopardizing his chances for higher office.
There is a saying: "Oh what a web we weave, when at first we do deceive".
All of this could have been avoided had Obama's original narrative included his actual father, a communist socialist, and possibly even a CIA operative. Either way, his actual father could have been a U.S. citizen. But as a communist propagandist, the FBI had a file on him. It is this kind of link that early office-seeking Obama likely covered up with the narrative of a Kenyan father.
Five:
Obama produced a fraudulent birth certificate from Hawaii. The purpose of the fraud may not have been to cover up the place of his birth, but rather, to cover up the identity of his actual biological father. An actual birth certificate would likely have revealed that.
Six:
And so, he's been given a PASS in regards the most important point of the law, that he be a Natural Born Citizen.
And therefore, Trump may be right.
However, Obama is not yet out of the woods yet.
It is still relevant because people like Crooked Hillary are still trying to hit Trump over the head with it, and will try to bring it up at the first debate for cheap points.
It is still relevant because although Obama may be Natural Born, he is still perpetuating a fraudulent narrative.

I thought he did that in 2008 when he released his birth certificate.That document was later verified by Hawaii state officials.It baffles me this birther issue went on for so long.It's even more baffling that there are still some people who believe in it.
