Ex-GOP Strategist Predicts Exactly When Trump Crashes: ‘The Bottom’s Gonna Drop Out’

Former GOP strategist Stuart Stevens on Monday predicted that Donald Trump will soon face a serious math problem.
“Trump lost by 7 million votes [in 2020],” Stevens told MSNBC’s Ali Vitali. “He needs new customers. What is he doing to attract new customers?”
Stevens said Trump has no new vision, promise or policy that brings new voters, which is why he is “stuck” at about 46% in polls, which is what he had in his losing 2020 campaign.
“Even when it was versus Biden after that bad debate, he still had trouble moving north of 47%,” he said.
Stevens ― who worked on Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign and is now part of the anti-Trump Republican group the Lincoln Project ― said the election could still be very close in the end.
Or not.
“I think the more likely scenario is that this race is gonna be close until maybe Oct. 20th, 25th, and then I just think the bottom’s gonna start to drop out for Trump because he’s not acquiring new voters,” he said. “This is what happened to Carter in ’80, and I think there’s a lot of similarities here.”
Politics, he said, requires addition ― but Trump isn’t doing anything to add new voters.

Well. He is hoping the 'injustice' of his coming sentence will bump him playing the victim as always and he is counting on voter surpression but way more Republicans than Democrats died of Covid so that is a hill to climb.

Adam Kinzinger's Way-Too-Specific Description Of Trump Body Odor Might Make You Gag

Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) got a little too specific when he attempted to describe Donald Trump’s body odor while speaking to Jimmy Kimmel this week.
“What did it smell like specifically?” Kimmel asked.
“So, if you take, like, armpits, ketchup, makeup and a little butt, it’s probably like that, all mixed up,” he said.
“That’s the Trump formula?” Kimmel said.
“A little bit of a pungent odor, I would say,” he said. “You definitely wouldn’t want to bottle it up and wear Trump cologne.”
Kinzinger said people around Trump are scared to talk about it, but he added that it was obvious ― and that he got a whiff himself more than once.
“He’d invite all of us into the Oval Office all the time, and it’s hard to avoid that,” said Kinzinger, a longtime Trump critic who has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for president and spoke at last month’s Democratic National Convention.
Kinzinger had raised a stink last year when he tweeted that he was ” genuinely surprised” that more people close to Trump haven’t commented on the alleged odor.
“It’s truly something to behold,” he tweeted on X. “Wear a mask if you can.”
Comic Kathy Griffin last year also said Trump doesn’t pass the sniff test, saying the former president had a “distinct smell.”
“It’s like body odor with kind of like a scented makeup products,” she told Trump’s niece, Mary Trump. “But you can smell the hair products even outdoors.”
