I think that happened in 2020...
He did it by using the U.S. military as a bargaining chip that if they didn't comply with his wishes he would pull out the U.S. military support...threatening to destabilize the region while willing to jack up Oil prices for Americans...
Setting the stage for the economic problems in America for a newly elected President.
Trump did a few other things too that MAGA supporters ignore or do not believe he would do something like that in his quest to make life difficult for Americans in his effort to get back at President Biden along with his BIG LIE about election fraud.
For example, on Trump's last day in the White House...Trump refused to sign the Clean Water bill to replace outdated piping that contained LEAD and was poisoning urban communities that Trump felt cost him the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election.
Simply, Trump's EPA Overhaul of lead pipe regulations was crappy and intentionally delayed lead pipe replacements for up to three decades and, in some cases, Trump's fine print of the new regulations shows the Trump EPA effectively delayed lead pipe replacements for up to three decades...in some cases...allowed cities to keep toxic pipes in the ground indefinitely...
Poisoning urban communities regardless if they were Democratic or Republican communities.
What do lead poisoning pipes do to children?
Yeah, President Trump wanted the above to continue for America's children in urban communities as payback to punish urban communities. 
Luckily, President Biden's Bipartisan Infrastructure Law invests a historic $15 billion to identify and replace lead service lines...approved by both parties has been underway to fix that crap by replacing immediately the lead-poisoning pipes in Urban, Suburban and Rural communities...beginning with the Urban communities first because they're the most damaged with lead.

I'm a big fan of clean drinking water in America and always will be. In my opinion, clean drinking water coming into our homes through our water pipes is a fundamental right.
It will also reduce the need to buy bottled water that contains dangerous micro-plastics (aka nanoplastics) and plastic bottles is piling up in America...polluting our environment and polluting our bodies.

I watched the entire clip in that article. He didn't fumble at all, let alone repeatedly. Its like the article just made that up. You can not like the guy, or his policies, but anyone watching it can see there wasn't any "fumble".

In April of 2020, when oil plummeted because of COVID, Trump urged major world producers to cut oil production to stabilize the plummet.
"on Monday, April 21, 2020, the price of U.S. crude oil turned negative for the first time in history, forcing producers to pay buyers to take the barrels that they could not store due to the oversupply of oil."
Trump understood what you apparently do not. If producers were bankrupted by this, then the long term affect would have been a massive spike in the price of oil.
Heh...I get that you guys are doing everything you can to put Trump in the "unhealthy" bucket with Biden, but its not even close. Or are you suggesting he has rabies and should be checked for it?
I do agree that both candidates should submit fully audited health records - as should any candidate that runs for President.
