Too many people ignore the "elephant in the room"...
A current criminal case and three more criminal cases at a later date.
Simply, never in the U.S. political history has a convicted felon been elected President of the United States...never.
Just as importantly, never has a political party nominated a convicted felon as their nominee for the U.S. presidential elections.
The odds are still high that Trump will have at least one conviction (a felony) before the RNC July Convention. Simply, these are unprecedented times and many things will happen for the remainder of 2024 that has never happened before in U.S. political history involving a Presidential Election.

Elephant in the room (current criminal case/the weakest and three more criminal cases/the strongest to go).
Simply, do not underestimate an Independent and a Republican write-in. Heck, do not underestimate the Supreme Court getting involved to decide who will be the next President of the United States even if an Independent or a Republican write-in wins the election...
Yet, in theory, an Independent or a Write-in that wins could/should keep the Supreme Court out of it.
