Joe is not a vote getter. He has run for president flat-out twice, and then another two quasi-runs on a dicking around basis. But he has never gotten more than 1%- that;s right you heard me- in any state primary anywhere anytime.
This is to say, Joe will be running. Of course, in fairness to Joe, he has put the VP thing on his resume recently so he has that to work with.
There is and will be a civil war in the dem party, and the progressives are looking to destroy people like Joe so there is that. Joe is old-school, thinking that you can be pro-american and be democrat and that America is a great country although not as Trump would put it, and that the core of the dem party return to being advocates for the working class/ie. deplorables. Yeh, the progressives will destroy that old, white, guy because the progressives have evolved beyond things like judging people on their age, skin color, and gender.
Let the games begin. If Joe is breathing, he is in the race. At least he will be a happy warrior unlike that bitch in Chappaqua who will be pot-shotting all the way with acid and revenge in her guts. She will not run but she will tease the people and the fake news on it to the max.
