Jill Harth, woman who sued Trump over alleged sexual assault, breaks silence

A woman at the centre of sexual assault allegations against Donald Trump has spoken for the first time in detail about her personal experience with the billionaire tycoon who this week became the Republican nominee for president.

Jill Harth, a makeup artist, has stayed quiet for almost 20 years about the way Trump pursued her, and – according to a lawsuit she instigated – cornered her and groped her in his daughter’s bedroom.

After Trump mounted his campaign for the White House, details emerged of the 1997 complaint, in which Harth accused him of “attempted ‘rape’”....

I heard 80% of the Trump speech last night. It is really strange, but i kept hearing this movement of Beethovens' third symphony:

So I played this symphony in its entirety in my theater tonight. What an excellent performance and program! That conductor, haven't looked him up, but he really conducts, quite enjoyable to watch. Sat down with a glass of rye and the wife, and we loved the whole show. Beethoven's 3rd is in my music collection, but this video is far more. The BBC is top tier, their filming of it... is it silly to say it was better than being there? And there are some very attractive women in that orchestra, too, easy on the eyes. Thanks, Nitro!
: )

The problem with Trump is, and he doesn't quite realize it yet, that by the nature of who he is and what he has had to do to make his fortune, the more he points the finger at Clinton, the more that finger ends up pointing back at him.

This current attack strategy can only work when they can't circle the wagons back to him. Probably impossible to do on any of the issues affecting America today. But who knows....His only real chance is to get enough of the Bern supporters in the swing states. To that I say:

May Trump vaya con Dios.

I think Trump comes out on top, if he plays it right.

Who's the bigger scumbag? The honest businessman actually building something useful and employing thousands.

Or the Democratic scum, demanding bribes to approve projects?

YW!

I too feel the same way about many BBC productions. The closes thing we have to it in the US is NOVA. The level of intellectual thirst in Europe is orders of magnitude more than in the US.

Daniel Barenboim is the conductor. I am not sure if that is the London Symphony orchestra.

The Eroica seems appropriate for Trump, since Beethoven initially dedicated it to Napoleon, "...Beethoven originally dedicated the third symphony to Napoleon Bonaparte, who he believed embodied the democratic and anti-monarchical ideals of the French Revolution...." I mean the tyrant part :D

Yep, BBC is great. I'm going to look around to see if there are any DVDs I can get.

When I read you were thinking of the Eroica I wondered why another composer didn't come to mind for you during that speech: Richard Wagner.

Nitro, there is enough stuff that we should concern ourselves with already. Let this issue be between Trump and his accuser and let the courts intervene if the evidence warrants it.

I just saw the ninth on PBS. It really is great seeing what goes on. What instrument made that sound. It's really uplifting to see the coordination of individual talents in a cooperative demonstration of artistic genius. It can be seen as metaphor for what common society does every day. The orchestra needs a captain as certain as the ship of state needs a conductor.

Trump as president would be like me conducting an orchestra. Everyone would be confused and directionless and the result would be terrible to witness.

Honest businessman? LOL The guy is a sleazy snake oil salesman that has left a trail of broken promises and bankrupt businesses.

a sample....

Trump Institute

Trump University, the allegedly fraudulent real-estate seminar for which he’s now being sued, he also franchised his name to Irene and Mike Milin, serial operators of get-rich-quick schemes. Unlike Trump U., Trump did not own the company. Instead, he licensed his name, appearing in an informercial and promising falsely that he would hand-pick instructors. (He made a similar promise with Trump U.) As Jonathan Martin reports, the course materials at Trump Institute consisted in part of textbooks that were plagiarized.

The upshot: The Milins were forced to declare bankruptcy in 2008, in part because of the law-enforcement investigations and lawsuits against their company. Trump Institute continued on for a few years afterwards. A Trump aide says he was unaware of the plagiarism, but said he stood by the curriculum.
