Anyone else? My last price on the Feb contract keeps coming through as 61.05. The BBO is okay, and the backfill is okay -- esignal support seems clueless.
Finally got a helpful esignal support rep, but the problem is still there (they're looking into it). Both the full-size electronic crude contract (CL G7=1) and the full-size electronic nat gas contract (NG G7=1) keeping getting stuck at Friday's respective settlement prices. The backfill works fine, BBO are fine, but each new price tick is the previous settlement price.
