this exactly what i mean. i did not trade on this account AT ALL. af least for month or so.but! if you real this email from IB(without any reference to account #)..it says-you will not be able to place further security trades until account value raise above 25K. which mean-you can't place an order to open a new position.account is blocked right now. make no sense to me. it would, if there is like 25 day trades placed 1-2 days ago on this account AND THEN i withdraw the money and account value drops below 25K.but once again-i did not trade on this account.
