No one software will remove all viruses, trojans etc.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/ is a very good source for freeware and pay programs that will remove most infections.

http://castlecops.com/ is one of many sites that provide removal assistance.

Having used AV I prefer the also free AntiVir Personal Edition Classic available via MajorGeeks also Sygate Personal firewall.

Also use MailWasher — free for 1 email address.

after trying quite a few antivirus only one thing worked http://www.simplysup.com . Is norton and mcafee all BS antivirus . They dont even have a tech line . I emailed them about 4 days and no answer yet. I guess its one of those highly marketed product to make us believe its #1 but it is all a smokescreen . I highly recomend this product

Install a Firewall. I find zonealarm Free version to be the best option.

I have norton antivirus and tried a few free trials one. Is it best just to reinstall windows. This is my 3 rd virus in a year that norton cant get rid off. It sucks !!

I found Ewido to be very good at removing trojans and spyware
