Trillion Dollar Bailout: What Xi Really Wants From Biden

A significant source in the PRC has reported that Xi formally asked the US President to arrange an urgent $900-billion bailout for the communist Chinese economy. This specific detail could not be confirmed, but it fitted with the sudden and urgent campaign to stop Beijing’s bellicosity toward the US and to insist that the two could be friends and partners.

is this guy smoking weeds while writing? his source is probabaly some youtubers lol.

if there is a war over taiwan or south china sea, then 1 trillion economic damage is not unimaginable?

That's interesting. Just yesterday McDonalds (corporate) announced they were buying 49% of Carlyle's stake in China. It struck me as odd since China is allegedly "our number 1 enemy", and I thought to myself 'what do they know that we don't'... because ya gotta think MCD is not stupid.

Hmph. Interesting article.

MCD China was sold to a local group back then, Carlye was just taking role. Since then MCD China doubled the store numbers.

My sense is that they dislike hot money to treat their stock market as ATM, and want long term money

I found it interesting that they would spend all that money in a country we could go to war with at any time if they moved on Taiwan.

TSLA was smart IMO when they built the $5B factory in China.
They borrowed the money from China banks so if China were to try taking the factory in a war they'd be taking it from China banks so less motive to *steal* the factory from TSLA.

China gets to keep all the technology

Yes, but TSLA controls the software in every vehicle it makes. It could disable every vehicle unless China creates it's own software. Not as easy as it may seem. Ask the other auto companies.
China has plenty other EV companies. It's the software in TSLA that's above the rest.
