Sometime between 2001 and 2008 (I think), a congressman inquired about how a financial institution more than doubled its holdings in a short period. It was due to a single account in excess of a trillion dollars.

Anyone know about this? Which institution? When? Link to an article?

I closed that account because not all the numbers where visible in the balance column of their website. Moved on.
