It's in Dutch but they have build the faststes PC in the Netherlands and is also totally silent!

Next time I go for this solution, but if you can stuff away your PC a little further from your screens you don't need it.

Your noise is probably nearly all from fans. You could replace the PSU, CPU cooler and GPU cooler (if any) for silent models and for not much money.
 
many of these machines are 'soft dollared' by ones broker, hence the high cost. i believe very very few traders actually foot the total bill.

the broker pays for it( or most of it) , in exchange for one's volume. that is the marketing tactic presented to me last time i spoke with the Xview people.

HP is todays mail order PC, DELL is your sisters pc of yesterday. DELL and other boxes are not going to have really good fans etc. Anyone wonder why DELL ships those earmuffs with their boxes?
