14 years forex tested my patience........and i failed.

but i am comparing patterns to reading and trading trends.....you may lose the trade in a trend but not if you read and manage it correctly.........
that said market can do the unexpected and you have to cut and run without any emotion
bitcoin has formed a broadening triangle...and a right angled descending broadening triangle [not drawn to keep chart simple]

Brooks does talk a lot about this expanding triangle ' family' later in his book.
i found them incredibly difficult to spot and trade and so i ignored them for 14 years. BIGGEST MISTAKE.
this pattern reading is far from bar by bar and so i thought i would be ok.
results show i was far from ok.
i am now including them in my trading.
