i have lost money because i could not do what brooks teached and preached.
nothing wrong with the method........it has been used since a 100 years.

they may not call him by name but the methodology is the same.
Brooks never said he invented his method or that is original

if you do this you may eventually be able to see the simpler things in live time.
this is what brooks recommends.
do it for a time and then if you lose money you can say brooks is scam.
i never did do it so i do not blame brooks and still recommend him.

thought i was so smart as to be able to do it immediately and lost money immediately

You are right. I try to post charts "live" in my journal as best I can and have time. I don't think I'm part of any "tribe". I am just following his video course. So far, very simple and clear.

Also, the very last section of the second part of the course: Managing Losses. Especially the four "Losing Because of Mistakes" videos. Those videos are very good. Many elitetraders would benefit from watching those. In my opinion.
Brooks's course is all "after the facts".
How else could it be?
