i guessed correctly....you are new here....such nice encouraging words.
i am not what you call a strictly technical trader......i just want to remove a few $$$ from market into my pocket.........without getting wiped out...staying alive should be the first goal of any trader.
things will never be really clear in trading......all you can hope is some hints that you can cash upon......
listening to market is one option but you must be mindful of the fact that she may flatter to deceive. If not.... out right lie

I doubt anyone would mistake me for a trader. But my goal when I get out of bed each morning is to make it back there alive at the end of the day.

How did it go today? Would you be able to show or demonstrate how you used Brooks in your live trading today? I've been watching his videos on youtube. Would like to see how one his students uses his stuff.
i mostly trade wedges right now......
it would take a lot of time to show or explain how i use.
i have bben trading forex audusd now and it appears it goes one way whole day...
do not really have to use his stuff which is mostly used to make multiple trades whole day........i am finding out make one and hold whole day.
his H2/L2 is quite useful if you get hang of it
but since he uses 5 min then you have to keep trading a lot....booking profit and entering again.....that requires a hell of expertise which i have not been able to acquire

actually all i do is trade pull backs......wait for a bar down/up then a a pb forming a LH/HL and sell / buy......

So your plan has changed since you started your journal? You no longer are trading using Brooks teachings?
if i could figure out what the hell he is teaching i would follow it.
all he says is determine the trend and then buy/sell the pull back.

95% of Brooks students lose? You may have confused "tribute" with "roast"
I have watched some of his free videos on youtube. Seems to be more meat on the bone than just determine trend and buy/sell pullback? Thank you for you being honest with me about your own thoughts on Brooks.
