Tribute to Brooks

first profitable day since i started this journal

so i am calling it a day ...when the market is kind

i have trouble ........like many others.....seeing what context Brooks talks about so i have added two indicators to help out.

some guys may say this is not Brooks .......But Brooks himself has said in his book that it does not matter what you call it...it matters you trade it.

what he sees without indicators we can see with them.

he does use one indicator..20ema...use one or 10 it is the same.

if they help i will use them.

my principle. KISS

i used to be committed to my position..

then came the losses and i lost that confidence.

you can never be a good trader if you do not have that confidence.....because the market will always try to convince you you are wrong.

conflicting signals or a set up in the opposite direction of your position....can cause doubt which is death for a trader.........and can destroy a perfect entry.

must be aware of the problems and then look the Devil in the eye

I heard Al Brooks is writing a new book called "How to read Candlesticks Bar by Bar
for the Serious Candlesticks Trader"
I've written a leather bound trading book "How to trade".
It has one sentence and one page.
Free to ET and double free to Al Brooks followers.
"Push button to buy and after a while push sell button".
That's it, i'nit freakin genius?

you have made your point......

making fun of somebody as accomplished as Brooks.....reflects upon those who do such senseless things which does not benefit any body

he loves to teach......that is a thankless job.....but i feel he is the only one who goes into market in that much detail.

not at all necessary.....but then i just ignore some of his rantings and just take what is of value TO ME.

he is enjoying himself ....it is up to us to help ourselves
