Discretionary PA is a long road and hard row to hoe but once learned, it is for life.

i have been on that for 14 years.

getting there...

it has told me many times to try another strategy.

i have tried many....all with the same results...do not forget i have been losing for 14 years ...i am not ashamed of it.....

i keep coming back to brooks and his technique to enter a pull back after it has finished.

so i trade H1 if i get stopped out.... i trade H2 .....if i get stopped out

i trade h3 which is a wedge pull back...if i get stopped out i trade h4.......

now since i use tight stops once i get into the trend i make up all my losses.

the thing with pull backs is that they can and do get deeper...but once they resume the trend the market usually goes below the low made so the trader recovers all the losses.

from there it can continue the trend or reverse.

i am not saying this is easy ......but once you know market can only do this or that it becomes easier to survive not to make millions but a few thousands

this is my plan from monday.......

i lost money because i do not / did not... have a trading plan.

let us see how i do.

most traders do not understand what a H2 is, or many of his terminology.........and do not take the trouble to find out and instead take the easy way out and call brooks arse licker and fraud.

they want to know how to trade in one line

You should, maybe, open up a restaurant or food product line, instead of trying to make it in trading...for the past decade or two.
You seem to understand and enjoy that process more, naturally. You seem warm to that concept.

The bests traders in the world...all kind of look like....mute, demented, psycho, hermits. I mean that quite literally. Japanese trader BNF, Dan Zanger, Jesse Livermore. They all have that frozen look in their eye. I would fit right in with these people...I too look mute and frozen.

to be pro, to make money out of anything, is difficult, if not impossible

i was playing golf for 25 years and worked fucking hard....i mean fucking hard. still could not get within sniffing distance !!!!!

the difference between pro and am is huge

i mean gigantic.

people tell you very flippantly turn pro........they have no idea what it means to be a pro
