Thank you very much for pointing my attention to Trading Ranges book. I definitely overlooked it, because of the name of it. I thought ‘I trade well trending instruments, so ranges is not my territory’, but now I see that the containment of the book is much more than its name.

brooks is like that.....he does not organise things under headings.....this may be because a bull breakout may actually be a bear flag in a wider context.....

And the market is always, at all times, in a channel .....on some TF LOL. Many traders don’t understand that. AND BEAR CHANNELS ARE BULL FLAGS ON A LARGER TF AND BULL CHANNELS ARE BEAR FLAGS ON A BIGGER TF.
