Triangle, base, flag

Ivica, thanks for your efforts and I wish you happy holidays as well. How are you screening for these? I use stockfetcher with some aditional tweaks, but you seem to catch some I miss.

I use TradeStation and I made Quote tables with all sectors, so every day after close I go over all sectors. I sort them by volume and all under average 200k per day is not interested, also every stock under $5 not interested for me. For fast scanning I sort all over %change and on that way I try to find small range bars (NR7 bar, continuation pattern etc).

Chart explanation:

On the daily chart NWL breaking triangle pattern. Blue line is 20sma resistance area and we can see that NWL trying to bounce and I will look for trend continuation. For equal move target area NWL selling pace must be stronger then selling pace in to triangle, and we must watch $15 area as bigger number support area. Because of that $15 area is my primary target area. I will move stop with daily 20sma (simple moving average)
