Treyvon Martin issue is starting to irritate the hell out of me

You need to listen to Zimmerman on the 911 recording to get a cleared picture of what Zimmerman was doing. You'd better hope if you or your family is ever suspected of something it's a reasonable person like me and not like Zimmerman who approaches.

I expect you have proof that Martin physically attacked Zimmerman and started the confrontation. Oh, wait you have no proof of this unsupported allegation from any independent party. Thought not.

Based on Zimmerman's arrest records for violence, it is far more probable that he attacked the teenager in the opinion of most reasonable people.

There was NEVER a witness that stated that "the other guy jumped him". Let's see your citation and proof of this.

The eyewitness saw Martin on top of Zimmerman well after the fight had started. The only reason he knew there was a fight was due to Zimmerman screaming. No independent witness saw the start of the fight and provided any indication of who attacked who.

Why is that "information in this case"? That boy is walking on the street and Zimmerman never see him hurt someone, or try to rob someone, or on private property, or try to sell drugs on that street...nothing. Do the Sanford police say they find drugs on Treyvon body when he is killed? No.
You know many people in high school are smoking marijuana? Many are smoking. The athletes have party and smoking and drinking sometimes. And the students with the really good grades and no trouble are smoking too. White and black students smoking and drinking Good grades, bad grades students are smoking and drinking sometimes.

Laying in wait, ambushing and then assaulting an armed man with predictable result. Tragic.

Mr. Wannabe Cop following someone around the neighborhood and armed with a .45, now that is a tragedy looking for a place to occur.

There should be legislation to prevent Neighborhood Watch types from carrying a concealed weapon while on "duty" regardless of having a permit. These guys should not be armed.
